Shipping
1. Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only ship within the United Kingdom.
2. What are your shipping rates and delivery times in the UK?

3. How long does it take to process an order?
We have a 1 business day handling time (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 4 PM GMT are processed the same day.
4. Will I get tracking information?
Yes! All orders come with tracking so you can follow your package’s journey.
Returns & Refunds
5. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
6. How do I return a product?

Email us at info@dealsmad.com to initiate the return.

Wait for your Return Authorization (RA) number.

Repackage the item securely.

Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship it back using a trackable method (return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective or we made an error).
7. When will I receive my refund?
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 20 business days.

9. What if I received a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us immediately with photos at info@dealsmad.com, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
10. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
